📖Story :- Milo’s Real Superpower: A Sweet Lesson About Self-Control
Milo loved chocolate. One in the morning… one in the afternoon… and one at night, too!
Every day, Nova would gently remind him, “Milo, if you eat too much sugar, you’ll get sick.”

But Milo would laugh and say, “Oh Nova, nothing will happen to me! I have chocolate superpowers!”
A few days later, things changed. Milo started having a stomachache. Soon, he even had a fever. He lay quietly in bed and whispered, “Nova… my stomach and head really hurt.”
Nova sat beside him and said softly, “I warned you, remember?”
“Yes… but I couldn’t stop myself,” Milo admitted.
“Alright,” Nova said kindly, “let’s try a small experiment.”
“What kind of experiment?” Milo asked.
Nova placed two glass cups on the table. One had clear water. In the other, he added a lot of sugar and stirred it.
“This represents your body,” Nova explained. “When everything is balanced, your body works well. But what happens if you keep adding too much sugar?”
Milo looked closely. The sugary water had become thick and sticky.
“Does that mean… my body is becoming like that?” he asked worriedly.
Nova nodded. “Eating sweets isn’t bad. But eating too much every single day is not healthy.”
“So what should I do now?” Milo asked.
“From today, new rule,” Nova said with a smile. “Chocolate only twice a week. On other days, eat fruits and home-cooked meals.”
“Okay… and you keep reminding me,” Milo said.
“I will remind you,” Nova replied gently, “but the decision has to be yours.”
After a few days, Milo felt completely better. He ran to Nova excitedly and said, “Nova! I didn’t eat chocolate today!”
A soft glow appeared in Nova’s eyes. “Self-control level: increasing.”
Milo smiled and said, “Now I understand… too much sweetness today can leave a bitter result later.”
Nova nodded. “Balance is the real superpower.”
From that day on, there was a new rule in the house:
“Enjoy sweets… but enjoy them wisely.”
